Dana Limited Expands in Hampton Roads
Suffolk, VA - February, 2012Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Dana Limited LLC has leased 126,000 square feet through a “build-to-suit” lease agreement with Liberty Property Limited Partnership at 6920 Harbour View Blvd. in Suffolk, VA.
Dana Limited has been a tenant of Liberty’s for the past several years and the new lease represented an approximate 50% expansion by Dana from an adjoining Liberty property.
