For Eyes/Verizon Wireless Retail Strip Center Sells in Short Pump
Henrico County, Virginia - May, 2012Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of a strip center located in Short Pump at 11591 W. Broad Street in Henrico County, Virginia.
TFLP LLC purchased the approx. 5,200 sq. ft. retail center from LBCMT 2007-C3 W. Broad Street, LLC for $2.5 million as an investment.
