Thalhimer Center Construction Update

     Mark Slusher reports on the progress of Thalhimer Center:

To date our primary efforts have been focused on the completion of Stratford University improvements to meet their October 11 class start date.  That work is on schedule but there is a lot of work to be completed between now and the next six weeks for it to be ready for their move-in. 

The Thalhimer corporate office construction began about two weeks ago.  The first phase is the complete demolition of the interior of the building.  We are taking the internal building to its original “shell” condition and starting all over with our corporate offices.  This includes all wall partitions, then much of the existing building systems. We will then move to installation of the new building systems such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing.
