RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, has represented a fund managed by DRA Advisors in the sale of Enterchange at Northlake A and Enterchange at Walthall D, two Class-A distribution buildings located in Richmond, Virginia.  The industrial portfolio is comprised of approximately 502,395 total square feet and is currently 92.4% leased to five tenants. 
   The 215,077 square foot Enterchange at Northlake A building, built in 2005, is located at Lakeridge Parkway and I-95 in Hanover County, VA and is 82% leased. 
   The fully occupied Enterchange at Walthall D, built in 2003, is comprised of 287,318 square feet and located at Ruffin Mill Road and I-95 in Colonial Heights, VA.
   Exeter Property Group acquired the asset on October 3, 2014.  The sale was completed by Gary Gabriel with Cushman & Wakefield, and Eric Robison and Evan M. Magrill ,SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Richmond, Virginia office.
