Carter Waller, DDS purchased the approx. 2,400 sq. ft. office building from Carter Embrey for $350,000.  The building is to be initially held as an investment and later converted to Dr. Waller’s dental practice.

Newport Square Partners, LP ground-leased to Campus Realty Investors, LC the 91,000 square foot building, of which Stratford University has leased 63,020 square feet and Waters Edge Church has leased the remaining 27,562 square feet.  Stratford University will open May 21st and will offer four schools: culinary, business, healthcare and information technology.  This campus is the fifth of a Stratford University nationwide campus development program.  Waters Edge will open its doors for church services this fall.

Cardinal Valley Industrial Supply, Inc. purchased the approx. 22,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse property situated on approximately 2 acres from James River Associates LLC for $775,000 and will utilize the property for its office and distribution facility.

Automotive Management Services, LLC purchased the approx. 7,791 sq. ft. Kaz’s Automotive property situated on 1.38 acres of land from Rickards Real Estate Group, LLC for $1,690,000.  Kaz’s Automotive will continue operating at this location.
