      <title>Fed Beige Book Richmond District Economic Survey &#45; January, 2012</title>

	<strong><a href="http://www.federalreserve.gov/FOMC/BeigeBook/2012/20120111/5.htm">The Federal Beige Book</a></strong> reports&nbsp;&ldquo;District economic activity generally flattened or improved slightly since our last report. Manufacturing activity was little changed in late November through mid December, while port activity slowed. Retail reports were mixed; notably, several car dealers reported higher sales of used and new vehicles. We received mixed signals from commercial real estate and construction markets in the District.&rdquo;&nbsp;</p>

	<strong>7055 Brandy Hill Plaza Assoc, LLC</strong> purchased the note on the approx. 111,000 sq. ft. project on 9 acres.&nbsp; Food Lion anchors the 68,000 sq. ft. retail strip with the balance of 44,000 sq. ft. in the Clocktower Office building.&nbsp; The purchase was consummated through Auction.com.&nbsp; The Purchaser closed for $3.3 million as a deed in lieu of foreclosure and will retain the center as an investment.&nbsp;</p>

<p>
	<strong>D. Yawer and M. Yawer </strong>are the current operators of the service facility and purchased the approx. 3,798 sq. ft. building and the 0.38 acre lot from the <strong>Estate of Charles C. Williams </strong>for $329,425.&nbsp; They will continue to operate Forza Automotive from the property.</p>
