	Cushman &amp; Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of<strong> 1616 Stafford Avenue </strong>in Fredericksburg, Virginia.</p>
<p>
	<strong>Carter Waller, DDS</strong> purchased the approx. 2,400 sq. ft. office building from<strong> Carter Embrey </strong>for $350,000.&nbsp; The building is to be initially held as an investment and later converted to Dr. Waller&rsquo;s dental practice.</p>

	Cushman &amp; Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that the former Value City Department Store at the Newport Square Plaza, located at 836 J. Clyde Morris Blvd in Newport News was sold and will be redeveloped as a multi-million dollar mixed-use project containing Stratford University&rsquo;s newest campus and the third location for Waters Edge Church<strong><em>.&nbsp; </em></strong></p>
<p>
	Newport Square Partners, LP ground-leased to Campus Realty Investors, LC the 91,000 square foot building, of which <strong><a href="http://www.stratford.edu/">Stratford University </a></strong>has leased 63,020 square feet and <strong><a href="http://www.watersedgechurch.net/">Waters Edge Church </a></strong>has leased the remaining 27,562 square feet.&nbsp; Stratford University will open May 21st and will offer four schools: culinary, business, healthcare and information technology.&nbsp; This campus is the fifth of a Stratford University nationwide campus development program.&nbsp; Waters Edge will open its doors for church services this fall.</p>
