American Red Cross Purchases Hampton Commerce Center Building
Hampton, VA - August, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of 1323 W. Pembroke Avenue, Hampton Commerce Center, Hampton, Virginia.
The American National Red Cross purchased the approx. 16,900 sq.ft. office/services building situated on 2.08 acres from Hampton Commerce Center LP for $950,000 to serve as the Hampton Roads Chapter operations center.
