Richmond, VA - January, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of approx. 10.98 acres located on Highway 460 West in Appomattox, Virginia.
Green Meadows, LLC or Assigns purchased the land from Thomasville Furniture Industries, Inc. for $1,000,000 as an investment.
Pete Waldbauer and Bruce Bigger of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations.
