Automotive Service Facility Sells
Stafford County, VA - January, 2012Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the Forza Automotive building located at 435 Ferry Road in Stafford County, Virginia.
D. Yawer and M. Yawer are the current operators of the service facility and purchased the approx. 3,798 sq. ft. building and the 0.38 acre lot from the Estate of Charles C. Williams for $329,425. They will continue to operate Forza Automotive from the property.
