Backyard America Purchases Warehouse Property for Relocation
Spotsylvania County, VA - January, 2012Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 3300 Dill Smith Drive in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.
EVCAM, LLC purchased the approx. 32,186 sq. ft. warehouse property situated on part of a 4.43 acre parcel of land from Robert and Janice Glover for $1.1 million and plans to relocate their business, Backyard America, to this location.
