Bainbridge Retail Shops Sold
Chesapeake, VA - January, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of Bainbridge Retail Shops, a retail center located at 4011-4027 Bainbridge Boulevard in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Financial Assurances, LLC purchased the approx. 11,962 sq.ft. retail center from B&L Investments, LLC for $900,000 as an investment and future development of excess parcel.
Kevin O’Keefe and Natalie Hucke of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations.
