Captain Homes Purchases Retail Building
Richmond, VA - March, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of 2706 Chamberlayne Avenue in Richmond, Virginia.
Captain Homes, LLC purchased the approx. 3,295 sq. ft. retail building from The Jane D. Ohly Living Trust for $280,000 as an investment.
