Richmond, VA - July, 2012Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the City & Guilds Building located at 1726 Altamont Avenue in the City of Richmond, Virginia.
1726 Altamont Offices, LLC purchased the approx. 5,742 sq. ft. office/warehouse property from Virginia Commonwealth Bank for $375,000 as an investment and will occupy a portion of the property.
