Cleveland Corridor Industrial Building Sells
Virginia Beach, VA - November, 2009Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of 129 Pennsylvania Ave. in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
SLACSAR, LLC purchased the 8,550 sq. ft. industrial building in the Cleveland Corridor from Chuan Jin Sun for $450,000. The facility will be utilized for a division of the buyer’s business and for leasing as an investment.
Patrick L. Mumey, SIOR and W. Scott Wermers of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations and will be marketing the property for lease.
