Elite Contracting Group Expands in Virginia Beach
Virginia Beach, VA - December, 2011Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 2861 Crusader Circle in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Heartland Holdings, LLC purchased the approx. 23,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse building situated on 2.3 acres from Big Pike Holdings, Inc. for $1,650,000. Elite Contracting Group, headquartered in Petersburg, VA and specializing in transportation, security and energy technology solutions (http://www.elitecompany.us), will establish permanent field operations from this facility servicing their clients in the eastern region of Virginia and North Carolina. Elite surveyed multiple locations and selected this site based upon the overall value of the location, surroundings and access to their clients and projects. This office will support all current operations for Elite as well as their vision for expanded business growth opportunities in the Hampton Roads Region for their team and affiliated companies, Heartland Concrete and Heartland Distribution.
