Flex Condominium Sold to Sherwood Logan and Associates
Richmond, VA - January, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of 9710 Farrar Court, Suite O in Moorefield Trade Center, Chesterfield County, Virginia.
ENR Properties, LLC purchased the approx. 2,753 sq. ft. flex condo from RBS Properties, LLC for $308,000 and will operate their business, Sherwood Logan and Associates, at this location.
Gregg W. Beck of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations.
