Former Blockbuster Building Fully Leased
Roanoke, VA - September, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance is pleased to announce 4014 Electric Road, a 6,400 square foot former Blockbuster-anchored retail center is now fully leased.
In 2009, Thalhimer was named the exclusive listing representative by Bay Management to represent their portfolio of freestanding Blockbuster buildings in Virginia. The Electric Road location in the Tanglewood area of Roanoke is now fully leased. Verizon Wireless leased 3,950 square feet earlier this year and opened in June, and Batteries Plus leased the remaining space of 2,450 square feet, which brought the building to 100% occupancy. Batteries Plus plans to be open before the end of the year.
