Chesterfield County, VA - February, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of the former Butterworths Furniture building located at 7720 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
Boushra F. Mikheal purchased the approx. 12,000 sq. ft. retail building situated on 1.25 acres from Butterworths Wayside, Inc. for $320,000 as an investment.
