Former Famous Anthony’s Restaurant Sells
Lynchburg, VA - January, 2012Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Famous Anthony’s Restaurant located at 2625 Lakeside Drive in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Clarion Investments, LLC purchased the approx. 1.2 acre parcel from WCI, LC for $1,250,000. The existing restaurant building will be razed and the property will be combined with an additional 4 acre parcel that WCI sold to the buyer last year for the construction of the new home of Billy Craft Hyundai.
