Former U.S. Food Service Property Sells ~ Apartments to be Developed
Virginia Beach, VA - January, 2012Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former U.S. Food Service property located at the intersection of Diamond Springs Road and Northampton Boulevard in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Spring Water, LLC purchased the approx. 183,814 square foot building situated on 15 acres of land from USF Propco II, LLC & U.S. Foodservice, Inc. for $5,200,000. Spring Water, LLC plans to demolish the building and construct apartments on site.
