Franklin Street Properties Chooses Thalhimer to Market former LandAmerica Headquarters
Richmond, VA - March, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to have been selected by Franklin Street Properties Corp. a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) for the exclusive representation to lease the FSP I, II & III Office Buildings in the Innsbrook Corporate Center.
FSP I, II & III are a three-property portfolio consisting of 298,000 square feet. The class A office buildings are located at 5600, 5620 and 5640 Cox Road in Henrico County. The facility offers large open floor plates from 22,000 to 42,500 square feet, back up generators with surface as well as deck parking. The property offers such amenities as a full service cafeteria, fitness center with shower facilities, dual dock loading and large open floor plans with indirect lighting. Space is available for lease from as little as 2,000 square feet up to approximately to 234,500 square.
