Henrico County Purchases Major Headquarters Facility
Henrico County, VA - December, 2011Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Fortune 500 Headquarters of Best Products located at 1400 Best Plaza Drive in Henrico County, Virginia, at the intersection of I-95 and Parham Road.
Most recently occupied by Bank of America, the County of Henrico purchased the 285,846 sq. ft. headquarters facility situated on 92.69 acres from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for $6,221,400 and plans to occupy the facility. The building was constructed in three phases between 1977 and 1985 and features a full-service cafeteria, jogging trails with exercise stations, softball field, and many other employee-support amenities.
