Industrial Building Sold in Hanover County
Hanover County, VA - January, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of 10474 Cobbs Road in Hanover County, Virginia.
Bay Electric Co., Inc. purchased the approx. 2,400 sq. ft. industrial building from Hanover Recreation Center at Elmont, Inc. for $85,000 to open their third General & Electric Contracting office. Their other offices are located in Newport News, VA and Suwanee, GA.
