Virginia Beach, VA - February, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of Unit 104, 2513 Squadron Court in Oceana South Commercial Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Surf Adventures, LLC purchased the approx. 1,800 sq. ft. industrial condo from Oceana South Commercial Center for $148,500 as an investment and an addition to their exiting commercial laundry facility.
