Industrial Site Purchased for Mini-Storage
Newport News, VA - August, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of 215 Harpersville Road in Newport News, Virginia.
Harpersville Storage, LLC purchased the former truss plant situated on 4.99 acres from Roper Brother Holdings for $845,000 and plans to redevelop the site for mini-storage.
Kenneth Penrose, Jr. of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations.
