Powhatan, Virginia - November, 2009Thalhimer, a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance is pleased to have been selected by JPMCC 2006-LDP9 Wellness Center, LLC, for the leasing and property management of Powhatan Wellness Center, a 19,501 -square foot retail center located at the corner of Anderson Highway and Holly Hills Road in Powhatan, Virginia.
The leasing agent for this property is Lindsey Floyd; the portfolio manager is Bill Sapon of Thalhimer.
