Lynchburg Humane Society Purchases Land for State-of-the-Art Facility
Lynchburg, VA - January, 2012Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of +/-9.60 acres of land situated at 1211 Old Graves Mill Road in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Lynchburg Humane Society purchased the land from the Estate of Lillian L. Schenkel for $720,000 for the construction of a new office and state of the art shelter facility to serve the Lynchburg MSA. The facility is currently in the final planning stages with the expectation that construction will begin in the later part of 2012.
