Michaels Coming to The Shops at White Oak Village
Henrico County (Richmond), VA - December, 2011Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Michaels has leased 20,356 square feet of retail space in The Shops at White Oak Village, the former Circuit City location, at 4531 S. Laburnum Avenue in Henrico County, Virginia.
Michaels will join the anchor line up that includes Sam’s Club, Target, Lowe’s, Martin’s, JC Penney, PetSmart and Office Max within this 900,000 SF Center.
