Richmond, VA - December, 2011Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of a Monument Corporate Center office building located at 5012 Monument Avenue in Henrico County, Virginia.
Equity Income Properties, LLC purchased the approx. 15,055 sq. ft. office building from High Cotton Properties, LLC for $1,068,875 as an investment. Joyner, Kirkham, Keel & Robertson, P.C. CPA's plan to relocate to the third floor of the building in the summer of 2012.
