MPE USA Purchases Warehouse for Expanded Facility
Pineville, NC - January, 2012Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 10424 Rodney Street in Pineville, North Carolina.
MPE USA purchased the approx. 70,340 sq. ft. warehouse property situated on 4.68 acres from First Industrial B&L, LLC for $1,690,000 to upfit and expand their current manufacturing and distribution facility.
