New Medical Office Building to be Developed on Boulders Office Park Land
Chesterfield County, VA - August, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 9.16 acres of land situated at 1125 Boulders Parkway in The Boulders Office Park in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
OrthoVirginia MOB, LLC purchased the land from Richmond Hospitality, LLC & Union Boulders Land, LLC for $1,300,000 and plans to build a medical office building.
