O’Reilly Automotive Purchases Land for Development
Vinton, VA - March, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of approx. 1.23 acres located on Bypass Road at Route 24 in Vinton, Virginia.
O’Reilly Automotive, Inc. purchased the parcel from Member One Federal Credit Union for $320,000 and plans to construct a 7,225 sq.ft. building for their use at this location.
