Over 1.6 Million SF in Transactions Completed in May; Year-to-Date Volume Exceeds $330 Million
June, 2012Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the firm’s ten Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina offices completed 170 lease transactions totaling 1,128,806 square feet and a transactional value of over $42,533,000 during May 2012. Industrial building transactions of 760,102 square feet accounted for the largest amount of space leased. Office and retail leases amounted to 185,293 and 183,411 square feet respectively.
In addition, Thalhimer reported 31 sale transactions in the month of May totaling over $33,711,700 in sales volume. The sales included industrial, office and retail buildings and land transactions.
Year-to-date, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has completed 723 lease transactions and 98 sale transactions valued in excess of $330,744,000.
