Newport News, VA - June, 2009Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance is pleased to announce the sale of the Hearth and Home building located at 11848 and 11850 Canon Blvd. in Newport News, Virginia.
Andon, LLC purchased the approx. 20,000 sq. ft. industrial property situated on 2.04 acres from James River Associates for $1,500,000 as an investment and will also occupy a portion of the space.
