Site to be Razed for Construction of Dollar General
Richmond, VA - April, 2011Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 3301 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in the City of Richmond, Virginia.
Franklin Land Associates, LLC purchased the approx. 3,500 sq. ft. former bank branch building situated on 1.4 acres from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for $275,000 and plans to raze the building to construct a Dollar General.
