Stratford University to Enter Richmond Market
Henrico County, VA - January, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance is pleased to announce Stratford University will be entering the Richmond market, leasing 52,020 square feet at the former S&K Headquarters property on West Broad Street in Short Pump. The property is scheduled to be redeveloped for office and retail uses by TGM Realty Investors, Inc. on behalf of its client, 11100 West Broad Street, LC.
Stratford University operates campuses in Tysons Corner and Woodbridge. It offers 30 undergraduate and graduate degrees in the areas of Culinary Arts and Hospitality, Nursing, Health Sciences, Business Administration, and Information Technology. The degree programs will be offered both on campus, and online.
