Thalhimer Associates Elected to Board of Directors
Virginia Beach, VA - December, 2011Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce Christine M. Kaempfe, CCIM and Kent Roberts have been elected to serve as directors on the newly merged 2012 CCIM DC/Maryland/VA Chapter Board of Directors.
Ms. Kaempfe is an office and industrial sales and leasing specialist in Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office and has been with the company since 2001. She has served on the CCIM Board for two years.
Mr. Roberts specializes in troubled asset/lender-owned properties and industrial sales and leasing in Thalhimer’s Roanoke office. He has been with the company since 2009 and has more than 17 years of real estate experience.
