Thalhimer Leases Two Retail Spaces to hhgregg in Hampton Roads
Hampton Roads, Virginia - November, 2009Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance is pleased to announce hhgregg is entering the Hampton Roads market, with executed leases on two spaces. Leased were the former Linens ‘n Things building, 37,500 square feet, on Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach and the former Circuit City space, 32,653 square feet, in Yoder Plaza on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News.
David M. Smith, CCIM of Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations for hhgregg, an electronics/appliance company headquartered in Indianapolis. The company also recently opened two locations in Richmond, Virginia.
