Thalhimer Selected as Exclusive Representative of Former Circuit City Headquarters

Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to have been selected by Berkadia Commercial Mortgage for the exclusive representation on the sale of Deep Run I in Henrico County.

Deep Run I is a 288,650 square foot class A office building located at 9950 Mayland Drive.  The building was the former corporate headquarters for Circuit City and is one of Circuit City’s two remaining office buildings in the corporate headquarters complex.  The facility offers large open floor plates, plug and play capability, an existing data center, abundant parking and immediate access to I-64. 

A fully operational cafeteria, large first floor auditorium and on-site amenities such as a day-care center, beach volleyball courts, hotels, restaurants and a softball field will make the asset very attractive to single tenant developers and general office users looking to consolidate operations into one location or to establish a corporate headquarters.  The fifth floor contains a sophisticated executive level built out with large conference rooms, cherry paneled offices and a covered balcony that overlooks the entire Deep Run campus.
