Thalhimer Welcomes Clay Culbreth to their Virginia Beach Office
Virginia Beach, VA - June, 2009Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance is pleased to announce Clay Culbreth, CCIM, SIOR has joined their Industrial Brokerage Services Group in the Virginia Beach office.
Mr. Culbreth brings 26 years of commercial real estate experience to Thalhimer. He specializes in the marketing, selling and leasing of industrial properties in Hampton Roads. Mr. Culbreth was most recently a Senior Director, Industrial Properties for GVA Advantis.
He is a graduate of Old Dominion University and is licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina.
