The Fresh Market and Petco Coming to Carytown Place
Richmond, VA - December, 2011Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce two anchor tenants have signed leases at Carytown Place at 10 N. Nansemond Street in the City of Richmond, Virginia.
The Fresh Market has leased 19,949 square feet and Petco has leased 10,800 square feet. These tenants are the first to be announced within the highly publicized redevelopment of the former Verizon building in Richmond.
