Top Industrial Team Joins Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Raleigh Office

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the addition of Raleigh-Durham’s top industrial team of Christopher J. Norvell, SIOR, James P. Allaire, SIOR and Jackson Rives to their Raleigh office.

The team has been the market leader in the Raleigh-Durham area for nearly a decade and has built a leasing portfolio consisting of approximately 6,000,000 square feet of industrial grade space throughout the region.  They have completed over $750 million of industrial building sales consisting of approximately 15 million square feet.  They also consistently represent the market’s most significant industrial tenant representation transactions.  In 2010, Triangle Business Journal recognized the team by awarding them the Top Sales Transaction and Top Industrial Lease Transaction of the Year for the sale of the 1.5 million square foot Research Tri-Center portfolio and the 277,000 square foot build-to-suit for Caterpillar.

Chris Norvell specializes in investment and owner/occupier sales and landlord and tenant representation for industrial assets throughout North Carolina.  He has concentrated his efforts in the region’s industrial real estate for more than 17 years, previously spearheading the leasing and development efforts for the Triangle’s largest industrial developers, Duke Realty and Craig Davis Properties.  Jim Allaire, Senior Vice President, brings more than 20 years experience to the industrial team and in addition to industrial tenant and landlord representation, specializes in high-tech and Life Sciences facilities throughout the Research Triangle region.  Jackson Rives, Vice President, focuses on landlord and tenant representation of industrial properties and began his career with Duke Realty.  The industrial team was most recently with Cassidy Turley.
