Virginia Beach, VA - December, 2011Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the Sunbay Building located at 4865 Haygood Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Virginia Building Services, Inc. purchased the 6,000 square foot office/warehouse building from Josephine and Harold Gunether for $700,000 and will occupy the building as their headquarters, allowing them to consolidate operations from several locations.
