Virginia Credit Union Purchases Former Hams Restaurant Building
Henrico County, VA - March, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of 9498 W. Broad Street in Henrico County, Virginia.
Virginia Credit Union, Inc. purchased the approx. 6,816 sq. ft. former Hams Restaurant building situated on 1.34 acres from BRC Richmond, LLC for $1,450,000 for their own use.
Bruce Bigger of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations.
