Newport News, VA - February, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of 13136 and 13138 Warwick Blvd. in Newport News, Virginia.
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Peninsula purchased the approx. 1,836 sq. ft. office building from Connors Realty Company for $325,000 for pastoral offices and future expansion of their facility.
