Watters & Martin Warehouse Facility Sold
Norfolk, VA - March, 2010Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the sale of 3800 Village Avenue in Norfolk, Virginia.
Warehouse 888, LLC purchased the 101,150+/- sq. ft. industrial property situated on 4.5 acres from Watters & Martin for $2,000,000 as its new corporate headquarters and distribution center.
