Katherine has practiced commercial real estate since July of 2000, as a Landlord leasing agent for Class A office and suburban office-flex space and representing tenants primarily in the acquisition of Class A office space. One of Katherine?s Landlord assignments was the lease-up and sale of Armada Hoffler?s 52,000 sf corporate headquarters building when the developer relocated to their Town Center office tower. Katherine leased the 90% vacant former headquarters building within 6 months to multiple tenants, then acquired an investment buyer who closed within six weeks. Katherine?s tenant representation practice provides her clients with a systematic market review, detailed analysis and insights into market trends and concessions.
