Abe Ellis has twenty-two years of experience as an Industrial Specialist in the Tidewater/Hampton Roads industrial market. He earned and was presented the active industrial specialist designation in 1994 from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is actively enrolled in the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program. Mr. Ellis has lived in Hampton Roads since 1980 and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1987 following eight years of active naval service as an A-6 Bombardier/Navigator in Virginia Beach. He is a retired Navy Captain with over 27 years of Naval Service, having completed two tours as Commanding Officer of Norfolk-based Reserve units. Mr. Ellis was one of the founders of Virginia Commercial in 1991. Virginia Commercial was acquired by Thalhimer in September, 2002.
