Patrick is in his 32nd year in the real estate profession, including 12 years as Vice President in sales and management with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in Los Angeles and Torrance, California and in Norfolk, Virginia. Mr. Mumey relocated to Hampton Roads in 1986 to establish the CB Commercial office in Norfolk. Upon the closing of that office in 1991, he founded Virginia Commercial Real Estate Services where he specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and investment properties. Mr. Mumey continued his industrial sales and leasing career with Thalhimer, which acquired Virginia Commercial Real Estate Services in September, 2002.
