Alex is currently responsible for eleven multifamily properties totaling 1,250 units. These investments generate over $6 million in receipts for his clients with an approximate market value in excess of $46.5 million. He is responsible for all daily operations along with fiscal management, such as budget preparation and maintenance, expenditures in excess of $2.5 million and managing a team of 30 on-site personnel. He also coordinates tenant relations, preventive maintenance and energy management programs for his properties.
