Janet has been in the commercial real estate market for 25 years. Her primary focus has been Industrial sales, specializing in the office/warehouse condo market as well as the office condo market. This year she successfully sold all 56,000 sq. ft. of an office/warehouse condo project in approximately two months. Over the years, she has been the site agent for, and successfully sold, Centerville Commerce Park, Rosemont Commerce Park, Beach Business Park, Oceana East Industrial Park Central Drive office/warehouse condos, and Oceana South Industrial Park. She also recently sold Cleveland Park Business Center office condos in approximately one year
